We answer your questions
What counts as a "visit"?
A visit is a complete entry and exit record of a visitor. Pre-registered visits that never show up are not counted. SMS, photos and scans are part of the visit and not counted separately.
What happens if I exceed the visit cap?
You will receive alerts at 80% and 100% of the cap. Excess visits are charged automatically at $0.30 USD per visit. If overage is sustained, we suggest upgrading to the next plan.
How do multi-sites work?
Each plan includes 1 site. Additional sites are billed at $799 USD per month and share the same client instance. Enterprise can negotiate a multi-site package at preferential pricing.
How are SMS and WhatsApp billed?
Each plan includes a monthly message wallet (except Starter which is pay-as-you-go). Additional SMS are billed at $0.18 USD. WhatsApp utility is billed at $0.09 USD per message. Replies within the 24-hour WhatsApp window are free.
How does facial recognition work?
The Business plan includes facial recognition via AWS Rekognition with a cap of 1,500 operations per month. Additional operations are billed at $0.05 USD each. In Enterprise, facial recognition is unlimited.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately through an administration request. There is no mandatory term; either party can terminate the contract with 30 days written notice.
Do you offer a free trial?

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. Visitor photos are saved in S3 with temporary signed URLs.
